Mrs. Beaver’s career began in an architecture firm as a project coordinator. She
eventually moved on to a multi-million-dollar corporation giving her an opportunity to
start on the ground floor of development, from conceptual drawings all the way to
helping coordinate and manage projects to reach building completion. Her next
opportunities came in large civil projects doing wet utilities and then demolition. Here, she learned to build and manage crews, while creating relationships vital to business development. Her well-rounded knowledge of the construction industry opened the door for her to start her own company where she now serves as its President. Her expertise includes land development, project management, State and local permitting processes, wet utilities, earthwork, and demolition. She is currently the only woman in the State of Colorado that holds her Demolition A license.

Ms. Wasserburger began a career in finance and real estate through the title and
mortgage industry. During the housing crisis of 2008, she transitioned to compliance
with a due diligence and risk management firm working directly with Freddie Mac on a
government program, auditing and reporting to the U.S. Treasury. Through that position, she was able to learn how to read and understand government guidelines, contracts, and procedures. Once the industry stabilized, she moved back into mortgage origination and underwriting. After 15 years in the mortgage industry, she left at the height of the real estate market and moved into construction. Her expertise includes finance, contracts, real estate development, estimating, project management, and wet utilities.
